Luckily it was a short ride (35 k‘s) into Ag. Nikolaos.
We had a great visit with Stavros in Ierapetra. Warm hearted and generous, we had great food and some great conversations, something we‘ve been lacking while staying in pensions and Hotels. He even drove us to his family‘s village and showed us around.
We‘ll be here for 2 days, as we have a nice apartment with a bath tub, a sea~view deck and a full kitchen.
If the wind settles and the sun comes out it‘ll be one of the nicest places yet.
